CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY

Dear customers,

General rules:

For cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment or in case of a no-show, 100% of the service price will be charged.

Cancellations are not accepted via email.


For complex colour services:

(Airtouch, Balayage, Highlights):

Cancellation or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours before the appointment.

A deposit may be required when booking.

Deposits are non-refundable, but with 48 hours' notice, you may reschedule once without losing it.

By booking an appointment with us, you confirm that you agree to our cancellation and rescheduling policy.
